🎃 Bombshell Tattoo Halloween Flash Tattoo Event – FAQ

Bombshell Tattoo is excited to host our Halloween Flash Tattoo Event on October 31st, 2025, running from 11:00 AM until close. This is going to be a full day of tattoos, contests, prizes, and Halloween fun, and we’ve put together all the details you’ll need to know before joining us.

✨ Flash Tattoo Pricing

Our Tier 1 Halloween flash tattoos are priced to give you the most value if you’d like more than one. A single tattoo is $100, two tattoos are $130, three tattoos are $160, and four tattoos are $190. If you’d like more than four Tier 1 designs, you are welcome to get back in line and start again, with the pricing resetting to the same tiered rates. In addition to Tier 1, each of our artists will have their own flash sheets available with different prices that reflect their styles and designs. These prices vary and will be displayed at each artist’s station on the day of the event.

🎟️ Raffles & Giveaways

We will be giving away 10 free tattoos in total, one from each of our participating artists. To enter the raffle, simply get tattooed on event day—every flash tattoo you receive will earn you one entry. For example, if you get four tattoos, you’ll have four entries in the raffle. The first three free tattoos will be chosen by our costume contest winners, while the fourth will go to the winner of our Instagram contest. The six remaining tattoos will be awarded to raffle winners and distributed randomly.

👻 Costume Contest

If you’re coming to get tattooed, why not show off your best Halloween costume at the same time? To enter the costume contest, you must both dress up and receive a tattoo during the event. At the end of the day, we will select the three best costumes, and each winner will receive a free tattoo, with their prize being chosen in order from the raffle tattoo pool.

📲 Instagram Contest

Our Instagram contest begins on October 14th and runs until 6:00 PM on October 31st. One winner will be chosen at the close of the contest and will receive a free tattoo, along with fourth choice from the raffle tattoo pool. The winner will be contacted directly by @bombshelltattoo only via Instagram direct message. Please be cautious of impersonators—if it’s not from our official account, it’s not us.

The winner will have 24 hours to respond. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.

🎡 Event Extras

Beyond tattoos and contests, we’ll have fun extras throughout the day to keep the Halloween energy high. Guests can spin our Trick-or-Treat Wheel for a chance to win special prizes, and we’ll also have a photo booth where you can capture your new ink and your best spooky looks.

🧾 Requirements

This is an 18+ event only, and every guest must bring valid government-issued photo identification, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state/provincial ID. We will not be able to tattoo anyone without proper ID—no exceptions.

🔑 Quick Reminders

This is a first-come, first-served event, so there are no appointments and wait times may vary. Flash designs are limited in quantity, and once they are gone, they will not be restocked. Raffle entries are only earned through tattoos completed on the day of the event, and the costume contest requires both a costume and a tattoo to qualify. Finally, remember that our Instagram contest closes strictly at 6:00 PM on October 31st, so make sure to submit before the deadline.

📣 Winner Announcement & Redemption

All raffle, Instagram, and costume contest winners will be officially announced on November 1st at 12:00 PM. Winners will have until December 31st, 2025 to redeem their free tattoos. The Instagram contest winner must reply within 24 hours of being contacted by @bombshelltattoo. If they do not respond within that time, another winner will be chosen.
