  • Government-issued photo ID for age verification
  • Payment information, processed securely through our third-party payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)
  • Photos of completed work (with your consent, for portfolio and social media use)

Your information is used only to:

  • Book, confirm, and manage your appointments
  • Ensure your safety during your tattoo or piercing procedure
  • Verify age and identity where legally required
  • Share portfolio photos, with your explicit consent only

We rarely send marketing or promotional emails.

Customer information is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized studio staff. We retain records as required by health and safety regulations and industry best practice, and we take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

4. Facebook & Social Media

Our studio maintains pages on Facebook and Instagram, both owned by Meta Platforms, Inc. Any interaction you have with us through these platforms (messages, comments, page interactions) is also subject to Meta's own Data Policy, available at facebook.com/policy.php. We do not control how Meta collects or uses data on its platforms — that relationship is governed by Meta's terms, separate from this policy.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with:

  • Third-party payment processors, to complete transactions
  • Legal or health authorities, where required by law
